We CAN NOT re-send lost or damaged packages OR send you a refund unless you choose INSURED shipping.

Shipping charges for Dutch orders depend on the weight and size of your order. The appropriate rate is calculated automatically.
Orders up to 2kg that DO fit through the mail box are shipped as letter post. You can choose between standard and insured (buspakje)
Orders (up to 10kg) that DO NOT fit through the mail box are shipped as packages. You can choose between standard and insured (aangetekend). The shipping charges are calculated automatically. You will have the chance to review the shipping charges before you complete your order.
Shipping rates for orders to the EU and Europe are calculated by weight and size.

Orders weighing more than 500 grams OR that will not fit through the mail box are shipped as packages.

As long as a product is in stock and Arjen is available for signing, we ship orders within 3 working days of receipt. However, running the store is just one of the many tasks that we take care of for Arjen, so during busy periods there can take several days before we can attend to filling orders. Please email us if your order is time-sensitive (birthday gift, etc.) and we will do everything we can to get it posted quickly!
If an item is not in stock we will email you with an estimated waiting period for the item to be shipped. If you do not wish to wait, we will be happy to refund your purchase.
SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES
REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS, EXCHANGES
If you need to cancel an order, send an email as soon as possible to store AT arjenlucassen DOT com, and we will send you a cheerful refund immediately, provided your order has not already been shipped.
If we have already shipped your order we cannot provide a refund until you have returned the merchandise to us. This must be done at your expense, and your refund will NOT include your original shipping charges.
We cannot provide refunds for items that have been personalized for you with custom signatures (for reasons we hope are obvious).
We cannot be responsible for clothing items that do not fit you as expected. If you have questions about sizing, please email store AT arjenlucassen DOT com for advice. If you need to exchange or return a shirt, it must be in new, unworn condition and you are responsible for the postage charges.
